Operation on or in vicinity of an unmanned aerodrome
The pilot-in-command of an aircraft shall:
- Observe other aerodrome traffic for purpose of avoiding collision.
- Conform with or avoid the traffic pattern.
- Make all turns to the left when approaching for landing and after take-off unless otherwise instructed by ATC or if right-hand circuit is in force.
- Land and take-off, in so far as practical, into wind unless other instructed by ATC
- Fly across an aerodrome or its environs at a height of no less than 2000ft AGL.
These procedures also apply to a manned aerodrome when aircraft has total radio communications failure.
