Division Headquarters
The ZA Director has all authority over the operations and rule setting of the division according to all the powers given to him by IVAO BoG, ExCom and High Staff.
The ZA Assistant Director shall be able to conduct all the business of the Division and be able to act and perform to the standards set by the ZA Division Director.
Operations Coordinators
Responsible for all ATC operations that fall under commercial or civil categories in the division. The AOC/AOAC shall be responsible for coordinating ATC positions with the EC regarding ZA Events within the division.

Responsible of all operations that do not fall under the commercial or civilian categories in the division, in coordination with SOD. However, military operations may be included if they are of a special category. Such military operations need to be coordinated with the FOC who has authority over the military organizations.

Responsible for all commercial and civilian operations within the division. The FOC shall also be responsible in coordinating military operations with the SOC regarding operational procedures within non military airspace.

Training Coordinators
The Training Coordinators (TC/TAC) shall be responsible for matters of training the Division’s members in all areas of flying and ATC as it pertains to IVAO, observing all applicable rules and regulations. Training Coordinators(TC/TAC) shall examine, grade and evaluate exams to the extent required by IVAO HQ.

Membership Coordinators
The Membership Coordinators (MC/MAC) shall be responsible for resolving all matters of concerns of the membership. This person shall be able to maintain members database with minimum data on each member of the ZA Division. This data shall be limited to the most current data in the IVAO database. Staff notes and miscellaneous info shall be kept by the MC and shall be able to produce the necessary reports to the Director or Assistant Director.

The Events Coordinators (EC/EAC) shall gather the necessary data and info on any event tour of national or international involvement and shall coordinate the events tours with all the individual FIRs and countries as appropriate. The Events Coordinators (EC/EAC) shall be the people to make things happen and shall be responsible to bring the membership together for any special event.

Web Development
The ZA Webmaster shall be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Division’s web site. He/she shall be responsible for maintaining of the division’s website.
